DIAO D;
training started like shit,
i went into the gym at 4.30++
did 13 pullups (NEW PERSONAL BEST)
so happy for myself ;D
then didn't continue gym (:

TRANSLATION :
"WHY YOU NEVER COME MORNING TRAININGS?!"
"ALSO NEVER DO GYM"
"SIT THERE WATCH OLDER BOYS DO"

freaking pissed me off sia
so then i went in,
first person in the water btw,
first person to finish warm up set,
waiting for 5x300,
i chionged 5x300

i not happy own them ;D
then last set of swim
we changed to relay ;D
MINI-RELAY
25m change ;D
1 relay free 1 relay fly
my group won both heh ;D
anyway school's boring
