i'm fairly bored right now
i shall just post
NAPFA 5 STATIONS :
Standing Broad Jump : 218cm
Sit & Reach : 39 (sucks)
Inclined Pull-ups 27 (pass onli la)
Sit ups 58 (lol)
Shuttle Run 10.3
All together 4 A's 1 B (sit & reach)
which = GOLD
lol
anyway going for training soon..super bored
haha like omg i didn't know some ppl end school like SO late haha
